Within a few days of installing SP2 I installed Real player but my system kept shutting down & rebooting. In fact, the news reflects only a minority of installations - the vast majority of SP2 installations are working great. The good news is that so far I have had zero software problems, three days into the world of SP2. Nothing helped.
